- Design & Trend Analysis: Research color trends, seasonal patterns, and market demands for items like cushion covers, bedsheets, table linen, and kitchen towels.

- Tech Pack & Sampling: Create technical specifications, measurement charts, and construction sheets; oversee prototype sampling and fit approvals.

- Sourcing & Costing: Partner with suppliers to select appropriate yarns, woven/printed fabrics, and finishes while ensuring target margins and pre-costs are met.

- Production Coordination: Work closely with merchandising, quality control, and manufacturing units to resolve production roadblocks and ensure timely delivery.
