? What You’ll Do
- Drive product R&D;, recipe standardisation & commercial production
- Take concepts from trial → costing → SOP → launch
- Manage food cost, yields, wastage, shelf life & planning
- Lead & train kitchen/production teams
- Ensure flavour, texture, presentation & consistency
? What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 yrs in sweets, premium desserts, pastry, bakery or organised food production
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian sweets & contemporary dessert techniques
- Backgrounds: premium sweets brands, modern Indian dessert concepts, 5‑star pastry kitchens, large‑scale sweets facilities, premium bakeries, central kitchens
