Job Title: Product Development Executive – R&D;Industry: Manufacturing / Consumer Electronics / EngineeringJob Summary:

Responsible for supporting research and development activities, product design, prototyping, testing, validation, and new product development (NPD) to deliver innovative, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization
- Develop and improve product designs based on customer and market requirements
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Coordinate prototype development, product testing, and validation activities
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
- Conduct product performance analysis and recommend design improvements
- Support engineering change management (ECN/ECR) and product lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications
- Maintain R&D; documentation, reports, and technical records

Skills Required:





- Strong understanding of product development and engineering principles
- Knowledge of Current Product Development (NPD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Design Engineering

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, automotive, engineering products, electrical equipment, or industrial manufacturing
- Exposure to prototyping, product testing, design validation, BOM preparation, and engineering documentation

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
