**Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle from RFQ to GRN processing.**

Create and manage RFQs, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Ariba.

Review supplier quotations and coordinate approval workflows.

Process GRNs and resolve delivery discrepancies. Handle vendor queries and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Support internal stakeholders with procurement, invoice, payment, contract, and SPS-related queries.

Review contracts and validate payment terms, Incoterms, service periods, and compliance requirements.

Manage invoice and payment-related issues, including manual PO invoices and vendor payment inquiries. Raise manual POs for non-Ariba vendors and manage related approvals and documentation

. Oversee software procurement and license renewals to ensure uninterrupted services.

Manage the IT Procurement mailbox and address software licensing requests

. Partner with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team for license allocation and compliance.





Maintain procurement reports, PO trackers, and weekly Ariba reporting. Coordinate Uline orders based on business requirements.

Collaborate with Finance, AP, IT, and SPS teams to improve procurement processes and vendor onboarding.

**Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Procurement Operations, P2P, Purchasing, Vendor Management, or Accounts Payable. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and procurement workflows. Understanding of RFQ, PR, PO, GRN, contract management, invoicing, and payment processes.

Knowledge of Cost Centers, General Ledger (GL), payment terms, and Incoterms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving**
