Role Description The Procurement Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram Haryana India. This role oversees day-to-day procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services.

Experience in FMCG (such as Personal Care, Fragrances, Beauty Products) is a must. The manager coordinates closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and product teams to align procurement plans with production schedules and business goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, managing contracts, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves analyzing spend data, identifying process improvements, implementing procurement best practices, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Contract Management skills to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee agreements.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate purchasing with production, logistics, and inventory planning.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate spend data, assess supplier performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are an advantage.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with procurement and ERP systems, and solid skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
