Job Title: Procurement Manager – ElectronicsIndustry: Electronics Manufacturing / Consumer Electronics / EMSJob Summary:

Responsible for leading procurement operations, strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of electronic components and raw materials to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for electronic components and materials
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, PCBs, semiconductors, electrical and mechanical components
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, R&D;, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material availability
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive vendor development initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and spend analysis for management

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement processes
- Expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of electronic components, BOM (Bill of Materials), and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is an added advantage)
- 8–15 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Prior managerial experience is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in consumer electronics, EMS, electrical equipment, PCB assemblies, appliances, or industrial electronics manufacturing
- Strong exposure to BOM management, supplier development, import procurement, localization, cost optimization, and global sourcing

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
