Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing and sourcing activities.

The Procurement

Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our organization receives quality goods and services at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide solutions.





Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best pricing and quality.

Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Manage vendor relationships to maintain quality, reliability, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.

Solid negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
