? CTC: ₹8–10 LPA (Based on Experience)

?️ Experience: 5–8 Years? Working Days: Monday – Saturday What You'll Be Responsible For ✅ Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing across domestic and international markets.

✅ Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop long-term partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers.

✅ Source innovative products across categories such as gifting, stationery, lifestyle products, home décor, and seasonal merchandise.

✅ Drive commercial negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

✅ Coordinate closely with Product Development, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

✅ Monitor supplier performance, inventory planning, procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous cost optimization.





✅ Explore new sourcing markets and supplier networks to strengthen Archies' product portfolio and competitive advantage. We're Looking For

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.

✔ Proven experience in domestic and international sourcing with strong vendor management capabilities.

✔ Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.

✔ Working knowledge of import procedures, international trade, and supplier coordination.

✔ Experience in gifting, retail, lifestyle products, and home décor will be a strong advantage.
