Procurement Lead – Civil & Interior Projects

Job Summary

The Procurement Lead – Civil & Interior Projects will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and timely procurement of civil and interior materials required for facility management, renovation, and fit-out projects. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, quality compliance, and timely availability of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for civil and interior project requirements.

- Review BOQs, material requirements, and project schedules for procurement planning.

- Source and develop vendors for:

- Flooring, tiles, marble, granite

- Paints, coatings, and finishing materials

- False ceiling, partitions, drywall systems

- Carpentry, modular furniture, doors, hardware, glass, and aluminium works

- Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalise vendors.

- Manage purchase orders, work orders, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and alternate sourcing.

- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers,



finance, and stores for timely delivery.

- Maintain vendor database and monitor supplier performance.

- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Knowledge of civil and interior manpower procurement.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in procurement of civil, interior fit-out, or construction-related procurement of man-power.

- Experience in facility management, interior contracting, construction, or EPC industry preferred.
