Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

Leap Agri Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, consumables, and services required for terminal, warehouse, and logistics operations. The role involves vendor sourcing, price negotiations, purchase order management, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for procurement of materials, equipment,
- consumables, and services.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for
- management approval.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial
- conditions.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status until delivery.
- Coordinate with terminal operations, warehouse, maintenance, engineering, and
- finance teams to understand procurement requirements.




- Ensure timely procurement of operational materials, spare parts, PPE, office supplies,
- and logistics-related equipment.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service levels.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor
- documentation.
- Coordinate with stores for receipt verification and inventory reconciliation.

- Track pending purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve supplier issues related to shortages, quality concerns, delays, or invoice
- discrepancies.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory
- requirements.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports and purchase analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier
- negotiations.
