About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement activities for our Diwali Corporate Gifting business. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, experience in corporate gifting procurement, commercial negotiations, and the ability to execute large-scale festive gifting projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard new vendors for Diwali gifting products across PAN India.

Procure a wide range of corporate gifting products such as dry fruits, sweets, gourmet hampers, festive gift boxes, electronics, lifestyle products, eco-friendly gifts, customized merchandise, and premium gifting solutions.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements with vendors.

Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database with multiple sourcing options for festive products.

Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and finalize vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery commitments.

Ensure product quality, branding, customization, packaging, and compliance with client specifications.





Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time dispatch of orders.

Manage purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, inventory coordination, and documentation.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service standards.

Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, delays, shortages, and replacements.

Stay updated with market trends, new gifting products, festive collections, and creative packaging solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or corporate gifting.

Experience in handling festive gifting projects, especially Diwali gifting procurement.

Strong network of vendors across gifting, packaging, food hampers, dry fruits, and promotional merchandise.

Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines during festive seasons.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
