We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive Trainee to support the procurement team in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely purchase of goods and services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are very fluent in English and who want to build a career in procurement .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing products and obtaining supplier quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Compare prices and negotiate under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company needs.
- Maintain supplier database and documentation.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PREFERRED.
- Valuable communication skills (fluency in English must).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
