Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Associate in Thane.

The Procurement

Associate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships,



and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role involves coordinating with vendors, analyzing procurement data, negotiating contracts, and supporting organizational purchasing goals. Attention to detail and adherence to timelines will be key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications

Strong skills in managing and processing Purchase Orders and Purchasing tasks

Effective Communication skills for vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Experience in Contract Negotiation for supplier agreements and terms

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in procurement or supply chain roles is an advantage
