- Lead the procurement team in managing end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes into business operations.
- Analyze data insights from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
Job Requirements :
- 16-25 years of experience in Procurement & Sourcing domain with expertise in Global Delivery Models (AVP).
- Robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle including source-to-pay lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams remotely or virtually.
