Educatio nGraduate in any discipline

.Certifications in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design will be an added advantage

Experienc eMinimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment

.Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes

.Robust domain knowledge in one or more of the following

:Fraud Operation sCredit Card Service sFraud Prevention & Detectio nChargebacks & Dispute sRisk & Compliance Operation sPayment Processing Operation s

Key Responsibilitie sDeliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs

.Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions

.Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives





.Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners

.

Additional Requirement (1 Position

)

One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including

:Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations and Mastercard processes

.Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids

.Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules

.Managing content governance and version control

.Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments .
