What will your essential responsibilities include?

- Manage the data extraction and report running out of various operational reporting tools and databases including SQL, Databricks, MIS, etc.

- Participate in projects and UAT as required to ensure that all potential impacts to financial data are identified and managed effectively.

- Detailed in depth analysis of reinsurance contracts, Interpret, and translate data to reporting requirements & conduct analysis where required.

- Develop dashboards by understanding Business specifications and translating them into automated modules wherever possible.

- Prepare the reports for monthly/ quarterly analysis like ceded reinsurance recoveries, Open claims, Credit Control, etc.

- Collaborate with in and across Funactions and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance towards all regulatory & system controls.

- Handling of adhoc queries related to the process on regular basis.

- Identify process improvements in streamline the process where possible.

- Collation and management of department procedure manuals and process documentation with timely update.





- Ensure to act as a backup in case of other team members unavailability.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in operational reporting.

- 0800 to 1630 Hours - The incumbent is required to be versatile in order to accommodate occasional requirements.

- An individual with a robust understanding of Reinsurance contract would be added advantage.

- Prepared to demonstrate self-motivation in order to develop an understanding of Reinsurance contract language. Also, proven ability to multi task and prioritise effectively.

- Intermediate to advance knowledge of SQL, MS office tools like Excel & Access (Pivot, charts etc.) is a must.

- Good interpersonal skills with planning, coordination, sharing status/update on regular intervals and execution.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experienced and pro-active/proficient in recognising requirements and providing quality service.
