Position Title: Process Expert- Policy Service (APAC Region) What you’ll be doing: Understand end-to-end insurance business

Analyse and input data into systems / databases

Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)

Bind/Issue policies/Process Endorsement / invoices on behalf of the client

Reconciliations of accounts

Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle

Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements

Timely maintenance of the various work trackers What you’ll bring to the team: Graduates or post-graduates

3 to 5 years of property and casualty insurance experience

Positive written and verbal communication, and a team player

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the organization’s values

Analyses and synthesizes information/makes decisions based on policies

Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients’ expectations

Plans tasks and organizes own work
