We are looking for a professional with experience in Insurance Operations, Claims Processing, Accounting, Risk Management, or Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and update insurance premiums within defined timelines.
- Manage cash calls and maintain cash book records.
- Prepare and update insurance underwriting reports.
- Handle loss billing and cargo claims settlements.
- Coordinate with insurers and brokers for claim settlements and payment follow-ups.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review claim payments/reserves.
- Prepare insurance MIS reports and stock statements.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and business teams.
- Train and support current team members when required.

Required Skills

- Experience in Insurance Operations, Claims Management, Risk Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Knowledge of premium management, claims processing, reconciliations,



and insurer/broker coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate / MBA / CA / CMA.
- 2-5 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting, Risk, Credit Risk, or Shared Services.

Preferred

- Experience in Shared Services / Global Capability Center (GCC).
- Exposure to SAP.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions.
- Experience in insurance claims, premiums, reconciliations, or commodity industry operations.
