Overall, 10 -20 + years of relevant experience in Process Improvements, preferably for BFSI domain. Should be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Good understanding & experience in BFSI domain along with skills to enhance Process performance.

: Identify Process Improvement opportunities, develop plans to execute Lean Six Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery leads

Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains, conduct feasibility studies, assist business case preparation,



support solution deployment, drive CI culture

Programming of high impact organization wide program for the organization & its clients

Support Delivery in SLA Conformance Management, current Process Transition, and associated deliverables

Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organization

Create re-useable assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices

Support in Transformation Solutions build for RFPs & RFIs.
