Job Summary

Hutah Technologies is hiring Process Associates for the US Healthcare Insurance Credentialing process.

If you have good English communication skills and enjoy speaking with customers, we will provide complete training on the process. Previous healthcare experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

- Process healthcare insurance credentialing requests.
- Verify provider information and documents.
- Speak with US insurance companies over phone and email.
- Update records accurately.
- Follow company and client guidelines.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.

Automatic Rejection Criteria Candidates may not move to the next round if they:

- Have poor English communication or grammar.
- Have unclear pronunciation or are difficult to understand.
- Show very low confidence during the interview.
- Are unable to answer basic conversation or customer-related questions.
- Frequently interrupt or do not listen properly.
- Display an unprofessional attitude or behavior.
- Are not willing to work US night shifts.
- Have poor attendance or cannot explain frequent job changes.
