Job Title Private Labelling Executive Senior Executive Company Windson Organics Private Limited Location Gandhinagar Gujarat About Us Windson Organics Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium-quality herbs spices and organic food products With a strong presence in global markets we specialize in private labelling and customized solutions for importers distributors retailers and brand owners We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Private Labelling Division and contribute to the company s growth Key Responsibilities l Manage and coordinate private label projects for domestic and international clients l Act as a key contact point for clients understanding their product packaging and branding requirements l Collaborate with cross-functional teams Production Quality Design and Logistics to ensure timely execution of private label orders l Handle product development quotations costing and approvals for private label projects l Ensure compliance with quality standards certifications and export documentation l Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction l Track orders timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations l Identify market opportunities and contribute ideas for packaging innovations and new product development Requirements l Bachelor s degree in Business Administration International Business Food Technology or related field l For Executive Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Private Labelling Export FMCG or Food Industry l For Senior Executive Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in handling private labelling projects preferably in herbs spices or food industry l Strong communication and negotiation skills l Knowledge of packaging trends export procedures and regulatory requirements is an advantage l Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of ERP systems is preferred l Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Language English Required Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
