About the Team

The Client Onboarding team is responsible for delivering seamless and productive onboarding experience for new clients. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and clients to coordinate account setup, documentation, compliance requirements, and operational readiness, ensuring clients are successfully integrated and positioned for long-term success. Focused on service excellence, process management, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps accelerate onboarding timelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain weekly trackers and status reports for onboarding and launch workstreams, update project timelines and milestone logs, and support project management to ensure timely delivery of key tasks.

Prepare questionnaires, meeting materials, and internal or external decks, while organizing project information, requirements, and action items in a clear, consistent format. Lead / participate in internal and select external client calls, capture notes, summarize key decisions, and track follow-ups, prepare agendas, circulate action items,



and escalate delays or risks to help keep projects on track.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 4-6 Yrs years of relevant experience in client onboarding

/ investor relations. Work experience in private equity / private credit domain is highly preferred.

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).

 The role requires frequent interaction across clients’ global facilities; therefore, superior verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential.

 The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem-

solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills and multitask.

 Drive process related improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.

 Meticulous, proactive, proven ability of process management, manage workloads, mentor junior staff,

and drive performance under tight deadlines.

 Strong interest in working within a fast-paced, international team environment with multiple stakeholders.
