Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a newly established school in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up academic and operational systems, building a high-performing team, driving admissions, and creating a positive learning environment from the ground up. The Principal will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, vision, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and school procedures.
- Drive student admissions and strengthen parent and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with educational board regulations and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, resources,



and school infrastructure effectively.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and student well-being.
- Build robust relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements

- Must speak Kannada Language
- Master's Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in school leadership or administration.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in school setup, admissions, and strategic planning will be an added advantage.
