Role Description The Principal MLOps Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad . This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust machine learning operations pipelines that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with data scientists to productionize models, automating deployment workflows, monitoring model performance, and ensuring scalable, secure infrastructure for ML applications. The Principal MLOps Engineer will also streamline CI/CD processes for ML systems, manage cloud and container-based environments, and implement best practices in version control, observability, and model governance. In addition, this role involves mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to long-term architecture and technology choices that improve reliability and efficiency of ML services supporting immigration and visa consulting operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, with demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to complex technical problems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design, including experience in designing, evaluating, and optimizing mechanical components or systems.




- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with hands-on experience using up-to-date CAD tools for modeling and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including problem identification, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of MLOps concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD for ML, and managing ML workflows in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for ML workloads.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, with exposure to ML frameworks and data engineering tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
