You'll lead enterprise-scale skilling and enablement programs while remaining deeply hands-on in technical training delivery, learner engagement, and program operations. Working closely with trainers, SMEs, architects, and program teams, you'll drive impactful learning experiences across Microsoft technologies and certification pathways combining the discipline of delivery leadership with the passion of a hands-on educator.

The Role (Responsibilities)

- Personally deliver instructor-led training (ILT), VILT sessions, workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and certification readiness programs
- Facilitate engaging technical sessions across Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform, Security, AI, and GitHub Copilot
- Conduct live demos, labs, sandbox exercises, and technical walkthroughs
- Mentor learners, partners, and internal technical teams through practical learning experiences
- Drive learner engagement, participation, and certification outcomes
- Lead end-to-end execution of Microsoft skilling and enablement programs
- Manage delivery schedules, trainer coordination, learner communications, and operational governance
- Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, architects, and cross-functional teams for smooth program execution
- Track program KPIs, learner feedback, certification metrics, and adoption outcomes
- Create executive-ready updates, delivery reports, and enablement summaries
- Support enterprise skilling initiatives for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across training delivery and learner experience

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in technical training,



skilling programs, enablement delivery, or Microsoft ecosystem learning initiatives
- Active or previous Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential strongly preferred
- Proven experience personally delivering enterprise-scale technical training programs
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform, Security, AI/Data workloads, and GitHub Copilot
- Experience working with labs, demos, sandbox environments, and certification preparation
- Robust facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles and workshop delivery techniques
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise skilling operations and delivery coordination
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Microsoft certifications across Azure, Al, Security, Fabric, or Power Platform is a plus
- Experience supporting Microsoft partner skilling ecosystems is a plus
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics is a plus
- Exposure to enterprise enablement frameworks and certification readiness programs is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced skilling or transformation environments is a plus
- Exposure to Al-assisted learning tools or automation initiatives is a plus
