- To lead the junior wing operations in line with the vision mission
- Day to day school administration and Driving the schools vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community
- Time Table management, PTM Handling, Curriculum Development
- Leading and developing Teachers through continuous training and feedback
- Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities
- Coordinating with the admin team for organizing events, programs etc.
- Interacting with parents, guardians, as and when required
- Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school
- Providing timely feedback to the Principal Management in terms of scope of improvement Key Skills Graduation B.Ed. Strong in Academics.
- Min. 6 - 7 years of work experience as PRT Teacher with minimum 3-4 years of work experience as Primary Wing Head/Junior Wing Headmistress from any reputed established CBSE/IB School.
