Job Title: English Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionateEnglish Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and basic literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, activities, and projects.
- Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking and writing in English.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to students and communicate progress with parents when required.
- Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and school events.




- Use creative teaching methods and digital tools to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in English / Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience working with middle grade students is an advantage.

- Strong English language and grammar knowledge.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Creative teaching and lesson planning abilities.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
