We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive with experience in the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining competitive freight rates, preparing quotations, maintaining tariffs, negotiating with shipping lines and overseas agents, and supporting the sales team with timely pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

- Prepare competitive quotations for import and export shipments.

- Negotiate freight, local charges, and service contracts with carriers and vendors.

- Maintain and update freight tariffs, rate sheets, and pricing databases.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to provide timely quotations.

- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive offerings.

- Follow up with vendors and overseas agents for revised rates and service updates.

- Prepare cost sheets and ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.

- Support tender submissions and key account pricing requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas partners.





- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics pricing.

- Positive knowledge of Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Inland Transportation.

- Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international trade.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet quotation deadlines.

- Good understanding of global shipping routes and carrier networks.

- Ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
