- Manage press shop operations, ensuring productive production planning, control, and management of manpower resources.
- Coordinate with teams for die setting, die changeover, coil feeding, TPM activities, LPS (Line Production System), Blanking processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
