Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Solution Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Presales Solution

Architect will collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements, design cloud architectures, and develop tailored solutions leveraging AWS and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical discovery sessions, creating solution proposals, diagrams, and effort estimates, and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations. The role also involves responding to RFPs/RFIs, supporting proof-of-concept engagements, and working with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with best practices.

The Presales Solution

Architect will stay current with cloud and security trends,



contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and help refine Rapyder's solution offerings.

Qualifications - Cloud architecture and presales skills, such as designing scalable AWS solutions, creating technical proposals, and conducting discovery workshops with customers.

- Solution design and documentation skills, including developing architecture diagrams, effort and cost estimates, and clear technical write-ups for RFPs/RFIs.
- Customer-facing and communication skills, such as presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating effectively with sales and delivery teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including assessing customer environments, identifying risks, and recommending optimized migration and modernization approaches.
- Beneficial experience: hands-on work with AWS services, GenAI/ML workloads, data platforms like Snowflake, and security tools such as CrowdStrike.
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Qualified or equivalent cloud credentials, are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple presales engagements, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
