Netcore Cloud is looking for motivated early-career professionals to learn, grow, and help drive solutions and growth for our email products.

What youll do

- Learn and become the technical point of contact for Netcore Clouds Email API product, explaining features and benefits to customers and prospects.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and help design solution proposals.
- Support and run product demonstrations and presentations that showcase personalization, real-time journey orchestration, and interactive (AMP) email capabilities.
- Assist with responses to RFPs/RFIs by preparing explicit, accurate technical inputs.
- Build simple prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts to illustrate how our Email API can solve customer problems.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and support consultative conversations.
- Provide basic training and enablement for internal teams and customers on Email API usage and integrations.
- Keep learning about MarTech trends, AI-driven personalization, and email technology to bring fresh ideas to sales and product teams.

Who should apply (skills & experience)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Fresh MBA graduates or professionals with up to 2 years’ experience in SaaS, MarTech, technical sales support, product support, or developer advocacy are welcome.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS), APIs, and email concepts is helpful.
- in or some exposure to AMP for Email, personalization/AI in marketing, CDPs, or customer journey tools is a plus (not mandatory).




- Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Start-up or small-company experience is a bonus but not required.
