#Presales Consultant / Presales Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Consultant to support the sales team in designing winning solutions, preparing commercial proposals, and managing end-to-end bid responses. The ideal candidate will have experience in solutioning, proposal management, estimation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end #RFP/ #RFQ/ #RFI responses, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), define project scope, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines.

Design customer-centric solutions and develop compelling technical and commercial proposals.

Develop business cases, value propositions, and solution presentations aligned with client requirements.

Conduct #CostBenefitAnalysis (#CBA), effort estimation, resource planning, and project costing.

Support deal structuring, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to maximize business opportunities.

Collaborate with #BusinessDevelopment and #Sales teams to provide presales support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.

Create process flows, #wireframes,



and #workflow diagrams to visualize business processes and proposed solutions.

Coordinate with delivery, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project transition.

Participate in client discussions, solution demonstrations, and proposal presentations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Presales, #Solutioning, and #ProposalManagement.

Hands-on experience with RFP, RFQ, RFI, and SOW preparation.

Expertise in effort estimation, project costing, and pricing models.

Knowledge of business process mapping, workflow design, and wireframing.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in IT Services, Consulting, #DigitalTransformation, or #EnterpriseSolutions.

Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, Jira, MS Office, and proposal management platforms.
