Presales Consultant - Quality Engineering / Testing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant - Quality Engineering & Testing with a strong background in testing delivery, test solutioning, and presales activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing testing solutions, preparing test strategies, estimation, and supporting RFP/RFI/RFx responses while leveraging extensive testing expertise across automation, functional, integration, and non-functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and craft end-to-end testing and quality engineering solutions for client opportunities.
- Own QA solutioning activities throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to delivery handover.
- Prepare test strategies, testing approaches, effort estimations, resource plans, and delivery models.
- Participate in RFP/RFI/RFx responses, solution presentations, proposal reviews, and client discussions.
- Work closely with sales, delivery, architects, and practice teams to develop compelling testing solutions.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and obtain delivery sign-offs on QA solutions.




- Define testing frameworks, automation approaches, DevOps integration, and quality engineering practices.
- Support development of testing offerings, GTM initiatives, and sales enablement activities.
- Provide consulting on Managed Testing Services, Application Development Testing, and Application Maintenance Testing engagements.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
- Experience in Presales, Solutioning, Bid Management, or RFP/RFx responses.
- Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Architecture, and Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks and Automation Testing.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing, Performance Testing, and Test Management practices.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in effort estimation and commercial models such as T&M;, Fixed Price, and Outcome-Based engagements.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
