Seeking a creative education professional with 3+ years of experience in preschool/primary content development, solid English communication skills, and a passion for designing engaging, child-centric learning experiences.

:

- Assist the KPrS Coordinator in content development, Workshops, parent orientation sessions.

- Designing the lesson Plans, creating the required support materials with the inputs of the coordinator.

- Update on the best practices in preschool level and integrate the same in the Kalorex projects post discussion with the Coordinator.

- Handholding the KPrS franchisee owners in times of challenges being faced by them.

- Assist in working on feedback received from the coordinator with respect to the academic frame work of the KPrS projects.

- Need based centre visits.



Accompany the coordinator to the various centers in times of crisis management.

- Together with the KPrS coordinator work on continual improvement of the KPrS curriculum.

- To ensure that the classroom best practices are delivered effectively through the Lesson Plan.

- Ensure that every component of the content being developed focus on A Happy , Confident and Social Child

- Always work towards being a professional in every approach of Content development.

Qualifications:

- 3+ Years Experience in Content Creation experience in Education and

- Pre-school/Primary section

- Should be sound with English language
