- Performing inbound & outbound calls with prospective customers and answering their queries as per policy & procedure.
- Positive communication Skills in Assamese, English, Hindi, and any other regional language.
- Answer client calls appropriately.
Required Candidate profile
- 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with real estate trends in Guwahati is a plus.
- Knowledge of local property laws, RERA .
