About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to understand business requirements, demonstrate CloudFuze solutions, execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), and design migration strategies for enterprise customers.

This is a customer-facing technical role requiring strong communication skills and hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Lead end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs), including planning, execution, monitoring, and customer validation.
- Design migration strategies for enterprise customers across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Box, Dropbox, Egnyte, and on-premises file systems.
- Gather customer requirements and recommend the best migration approach.
- Work closely with the Sales team during customer engagements and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and provide technical guidance throughout the evaluation process.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation requests.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and customer-specific customizations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, migration guides, and best practices.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies, APIs, and migration trends.

Required Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Cloud Support.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms:

- Microsoft 365

- Google Workspace

- SharePoint Online

- OneDrive

- Microsoft Teams

- Slack
- Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and cloud authentication concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud migration concepts and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft 365 certifications
- Google Workspace certifications
- Azure Fundamentals
- Experience with PowerShell or scripting is a plus.
