We are actively seeking an experienced Litigation Advocate based in South Mumbai to join our team on an exclusive full-time basis.

We are a Delhi-based litigation-focused law firm with a rapidly expanding client portfolio across India. With an increasing number of matters arising in Mumbai, we are looking to strengthen our litigation practice by engaging a dedicated advocate who can independently manage litigation before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai.

Eligibility & Desired Experience The ideal candidate should possess:

Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation experience.

Excellent understanding of

Civil Litigation

Commercial Litigation

Consumer Disputes

Cheque Bounce Matters (Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act)

Money Recovery Suits

Execution Proceedings

Injunctions and Interim Relief Applications

Strong drafting and legal research capabilities.

Ability to independently handle court appearances, filings, procedural compliances, and case management.

Excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.





High standards of skilled ethics, integrity, and commitment towards litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities The selected advocate will be responsible for:

Independently representing clients before courts and tribunals across Mumbai.

Drafting plaints, written statements, applications, legal notices, appeals, affidavits, petitions, and other litigation documents.

Managing court filings, procedural compliances, hearings, and follow-ups.

Coordinating with clients, court officials, and the firm's Delhi office for smooth case execution.

Handling matters from inception through final disposal while ensuring timely progress and strategic case management.
