- Understanding of Assy Process Types of defects & causes
- Knowledge of 7QC tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA & Control plan
- Problem Solving & analysis skills
- IATF certified internal auditor
- Hands on experience of Product and Process audit
- Report understanding product alignment, drawing understanding, knowledge of GD & T.
- Red bin analysis
- Knowledge of gauge / instruments DVC, Height gauge, receiving gauge.
- Knowledge of Calibration & Validation
- Knowledge of document preparation – Inspection standard, Work instruction, Appearance standard MSA & SPC
