We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented PPC professional with a robust background in the garment manufacturing industry to strengthen our Production Planning and Control department.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive production schedules from yarn/fabric sourcing to final garment dispatch, ensuring alignment with order deadlines and buyer requirements.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Monitor factory floor capacity, machine utilization, and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency and prevent bottlenecks.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Track inventory levels of raw materials, trims, and accessories to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Daily tracking of cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages against the master production schedule.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, quality assurance (QA), and warehouse teams to resolve delays and expedite orders.
- Data Management & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production efficiency, WIP (Work in Progress),



shipment status, and variance analysis using advanced data tools.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience working specifically within the PPC department of a garment manufacturing company.
- Technical Excel Mastery (Mandatory):
- Very strong hold on Advanced Excel is a strict requirement.
- Proficiency in complex functions, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, index-match, and dynamic dashboards for production tracking and data modeling.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of garment construction processes, lead times, critical path method (CPM), and TNA (Time and Action) calendars.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills to manage floor-level coordination.
