Looking for PowerBi developer mode-Contractor

Shift timing- 5pm to 2 am

1. Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.
2. Build interactive and visually appealing data visualizations that convey actionable insights.
3. In-Depth knowledge on Data Flows, Gateway Configuration, Partition, Incremental Load and Scheduling.
4. Create and optimize data models (star/snowflake schema) for productive querying and analysis.
5. Define relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAX.
6. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
7. Develop and maintain Power Query scripts to clean and transform data.
8. Ensure performance efficiency of reports and datasets using best practices like aggregations, incremental refresh,



data partitioning and query optimization.
9. Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
10. Provide training and guidance to end users on Power BI usage and self-service analytics.
11. Implement data governance and security standards, including role-based access control.
12. Document processes, models, and report logic for maintainability and scalability.
13. Stay updated on Power BI features and other business intelligence technologies.
14. Recommend enhancements to current workflows and processes
