About the Role We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Political Consulting team as Political Field Managers . This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for gathering ground intelligence, conducting field research, managing on-ground operations, and collecting actionable insights across Maharashtra.



The role involves field travel and close coordination with the project team to support research, campaign planning, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities. Gather on-ground intelligence and prepare structured field reports Coordinate and manage field operation. Conduct field visits to collect local insights and observations. Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Support the execution of political campaigns and research activities.

Eligibility

Graduation completed or pursuing graduation Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in politics, elections, and current affairs.
