We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with the Communications Manager and content team to create compelling designs that align with organizational objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver impactful visuals within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, info graphics, and campaign materials.

Create high-quality graphics for digital, print, and marketing collateral.

Develop branding assets, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the Communications Manager and content team to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.

Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency, quality, and accuracy.

Edit and optimize existing creative assets based on campaign requirements.





Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

Experience in creating social media creatives, branding, print designs, and digital marketing assets.

Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Proven ability to understand and execute creative briefs with precision.

Mandatory experience in the Political domain.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage. How to Apply:
