Role Description The PMU (Permanent Makeup) Artist role at Renew U World is a part-time, in office position based in Noida. The PMU Artist will perform permanent makeup services such as eyebrow microblading or shading, eyeliner, and lip pigmentation in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their goals, recommending appropriate techniques, designing treatment plans, and delivering precise, natural-looking results. The PMU Artist will maintain strict hygiene practices, sterilize tools and equipment, document procedures, and follow up with clients for touch-ups and aftercare guidance. Collaboration with doctors and other aesthetic professionals,



along with staying updated on industry trends and techniques, is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong PMU technical skills, including eyebrow, eyeliner, and lip pigmentation techniques, with an eye for symmetry, color theory, and natural aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in client consultation, including understanding client expectations, explaining procedures and risks, and recommending suitable treatments.
- Candidates should possess skills related to hygiene and safety, including proper sterilization of tools, adherence to infection control protocols, and compliance with clinic standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in attention to detail and manual dexterity, ensuring precision, consistency, and high-quality outcomes in all procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, manage client concerns, and work effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Relevant certifications or training in permanent makeup, microblading, or cosmetic tattooing from recognized institutions are highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in a clinical, salon, or aesthetic center setting, particularly in PMU or related cosmetic procedures, is preferred.
