Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of project management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2).
Expertise in data analysis, reporting tools (MS Excel, Power BI).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage cross-initiative dependencies and complex programs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Certifications: PMP, PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2 preferred.
Experience
6–12 years in project/program management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Core Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Governance
Ensure successful delivery of programs/projects on time, within budget, and scope.
Implement PMO standards, methodologies, and processes consistently across projects.
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate regular program team meetings and executive communications.
Financial & Risk Management
Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
Handle risk identification, mitigation strategies, and compliance with SLAs.
Reporting & Analytics
Coordinate portfolio management reporting, dashboards, and benefit case tracking.
Prepare monthly front-to-back materials for leadership.
Team Leadership
Mentor Project Managers and Analysts on PM fundamentals and tools.
Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Internal PMO Context
PMO roles include Audit & Compliance, Operations & Analytics, Delivery Automation, and Smart Utilities Program Leads.
Program Managers are expected to drive process excellence, upskill PM capability, and transform workways for large and complex projects.
