Key Responsibilities

- Should be able to modify existing machine program and able to create current programs in PLC.
- Knowledge of various protocols like CC link, RS232, Ethernet Profinet, Modbus, TCPIP.

- Work experience on
- PLC: Mitsubishi, Siemens 1500 series.
- Servo: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc.
- VFD: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc.
- Controllers selection of PID, Temp controller, PT100, Thermocouple, flow meters and other analog sensors.
- Knowledge of digital & analog systems.
- Integration of machines.
- Industry 4.0 like Andon, FPY, SCADA, Energy system etc.
- Always ready to put best industrial automation concepts and lead throughout implementation.
- Good in understanding electrical drawing.




- Good experience and understanding of programming language in ladder logic and structure text language.
- Working experience on SQL database communication and OPC server.
- Should learn & understand new process systems.
- Supplier selection & negotiations.
- Low-Cost automation projects.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulic system.

1. Breakdown maintenance
2. Preventive maintenance
3. Maintain data of MTTR, MTBF and critical spares
4. Generate and maintain Machine manuals
5. Co-ordinate with safety department for work area safety enhanceme
