About the Role We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Associate Trainer to support delivery of our Industrial Automation with Delta PLC Servo Systems program The trainer will guide students through fundamentals of automation PLC programming motion control and integration projects such as labelling machine simulation This role involves both theoretical instruction and hands-on lab training preparing students for careers in industrial automation Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions as per the syllabus PLC Servo Motion Control Pneumatics HMI Conduct hands-on workshops using Delta PLC kits WPLSoft software sensors servo drives and HMIs Guide students in programming exercises troubleshooting and wiring practices Mentor learners through the final integration project labelling machine simulation Prepare learning materials quizzes and evaluation assignments Support hybrid learning online theory offline practicals Ensure safety and proper lab practices during hands-on sessions Provide feedback and reports on student performance Qualifications Diploma Degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or related field Robust knowledge of PLC programming Delta preferred motion control and automation devices Hands-on experience with Delta WPLSoft servo systems ASDA series sensors HMIs and panel wiring Familiarity with pneumatics and industrial safety standards Preferred Skills Prior teaching training mentoring experience formal or informal Ability to simplify technical concepts for mixed-background learners Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Job Types Permanent Contractual Temporary Volunteer Contract length 12 months Pay Up to 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
