Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.

Experience : 5 to 9 years of experience in similar industry

Exposure : Familiarity of Control Panel components and their selection, Computer Savvy, Basic knowledge of software programming, Basic knowledge of a PLC.

Purpose of Job : Execution of the Detailing Controls Activities correctly and accurately in the shortest possible time.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC, CNC, Robot, HMI programming.
- Programming knowledge of Mitsubishi (Preferably), Siemens, Rockwell PLC controllers.
- Programming knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc, Bosch CNC controllers Programming knowledge of Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Comau and Mitsubishi Robots.
- Application knowledge of Material handling, assembly line,
- Machining Line Automation.
- Automation system testing and commissioning.
- Material handling application knowledge




- Experience in automobile Industries Standard, material handling, SPM machines, etc.
- Controller safety programming
- Ready to work at domestic sites.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- programming knowledge is essential.
- Self checking the work for errors before presenting it for reviews
- Quick escalation of any hurdle to the Lead Member or Leader.
- To follow IMS Process, Procedure, guideline, OCP and update department lists and records , Risk & prospect, HIRA, aspect- Impact, dept. obj.
- To follow the safety rules and regulations.
- To follow the guideline for waste management & take the initiative to conserve the natural resources.
