Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for a highly skilled PLC & SCADA Engineer / System Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, SCADA development, and system integration. Design, configure, and implement WinCC SCADA and Ignition SCADA systems.

Develop HMI screens, alarms, reports, and data logging functionalities.

Program, troubleshoot, and commission Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300).

Develop PLC logic using RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, TIA Portal, and Step 7.

Integrate PLCs with SCADA systems and industrial communication networks.

Work with communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Profinet.

Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis.

Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams,



and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with industrial safety and cybersecurity standards.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA system development.

Strong expertise in WinCC SCADA and Ignition SCADA.

Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC platforms.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

Familiarity with SQL databases and Python or Java scripting is an added advantage.

Ignition SCADA Certification Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
