- Automation Location: Chakan, Pune Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation Job Summary Amaren Circuit Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support automation solutions for EMS manufacturing, SPM equipment, automated test fixtures, and production machinery.

Key Responsibilities PLC &

- HMI: Programming PLCs and developing HMI interfaces.

Machine &

- Fixture Automation: SPM machine automation, commissioning, and developing automated PCB test fixtures.

Testing Systems: Automating Functional Test (FCT), In-Circuit Test (ICT), and End-of-Line testing systems.

Hardware &

- Electrical: Wiring control panels, electrical integration, and integrating/troubleshooting pogo pin fixtures.

Motion Control: Wiring, tuning, and commissioning servo motors. Required &

Preferred Skills Required Skills PLC Platforms: Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron Core Capabilities: HMI development,



industrial communication protocols, servo motor integration, motion control, pneumatic systems, electrical control panel wiring, test fixture development, and PCB functional testing.

Preferred Skills LabVIEW programming and test automation NI DAQ systems & instrumentation Automated FCT development and ICT fixture integration Barcode, traceability systems, and machine vision integration SMT &

- PCB assembly process knowledge alongside EMS manufacturing experience Qualifications &

Experience Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in PLC programming, SPM development, EMS automation, or industrial automation.

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.
