Production Engineer

:

- Plan and manage production schedules and manpower allocation to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Co-ordination for ISO / CE certification
- Co-ordination with Cross functional teams - design / planning / stores for smooth workflow integration
- Oversee and coordinate daily factory operations
- Assist in new product development initiatives
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and shop floor inventory management
- Possess hands-on experience and working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing principles

Design Engineer

:

- Develop new products based on customer or market requirements, from concept to completion
- Responsible for comprehensive documentation of newly developed products, including: Conceptual designs and G.A. drawings, Assembly drawings, SOPs, and user manuals, Technical data sheets, detailed BOMs and installation manuals
- Possess a strong working knowledge of simulation tools for product testing and validation
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support technical submittals and proposals
- Liaise with vendors during the product development process to ensure component quality and design feasibility
- Knoweledge about FMEA will be an added advantage
- Handle ISO and customer audits from a design function perspective

Quality Engineer

:

- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 and other Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Conduct in-process inspections by verifying components as per the Bill of Materials used in manufacturing; prepare checklists in line with QMS guidelines
- Monitor and track the incoming defect rate at sites for finished goods dispatched from the factory
- Maintain and manage quality documentation, including ISO-related records; actively participate in ISO audits
- Prepare SOPs, ready reckoners, and regularly review documentation in the QC department
- Capture and document non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) for effective resolution
- Actively participate in Toolbox talks, A3 reports, and 8D analysis for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues in real time
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain discipline within the work area
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or quality issues

:

- Implementation of shop floor layout and workstation design
- Operational excellence: Continuous implementation of Kaizens
- Asset management: Equipment capacity planning, purchase, and commissioning of new equipment
- Implementation of Lean tools on the shop floor (5S, TIMWOOD, KANBAN, JIT)
- Overseeing installation and commissioning of recent equipment (e.g., overhead cranes, material handling equipment)
- Execution of time studies and monthly productivity calculations

:

- Design, Development, testing & debugging of: High speed Digital, Analog, controllers, ULC, PLC etc. using inputs from clients.
- Prepare the IO summary based on Sequence of operation and other technical data.
- Programming using Functional Block, Ladder Language, Structured Text, Embedded C, C++, etc.
- Able to write Macros and create logic in HMI and Software.
- Preparation of SOO, programming as per SOO, bench test, machine test, checklist preparation. Experience working with Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, CAREL ULC, Distech Controllers.
- Update all the final deliverables package and test records on server.
- Participation in FAT/FWT, on-site start-up and troubleshoot, as needed.
- Provide Site commissioning support as per project requirements.
- Component selection and developing BOMs, raising material requisition for procurement.
- Support for developing products including standards, manuals, test procedures and test reports for industry specific products.
- Software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
- 100% adherence to project timeliness and schedule.
